You could also ask your local SAP partner to get the PLD your need for solving this issue.
if you think your local SAP partner can't give the solution or the file, it is probably because you have asked some issues that is not possible to solve in your current SAP B1 or maybe your questions are how to questions.
So, you'd better upgrade your SAP B1 software current version and check the solution for your problem in the new version of SAP B1.
